Autonomous Road Inspection Device (ARID) Hardware enabled by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning
Having clear sight of your road condition is crucial to reaching your sustainability business goals.
SmartRoad uses ECS’s ARID that is mounted on LDVs or haul trucks that travel on the road network.
Using AI tools and Machine Learning processes, defects are recognised and scored. The images
and attributable data is made available on a Dashboard that provides performance analytics to
monitor and report on road conditions.
